The full moon is by far my favourite part of the Luna Cycle. It is the peak of all energies and is the most celebrated and acknowledged phase too.
This time is when the moon’s energy is at its most powerful and the most influential on us and our planet Earth.
When the moon is full the energy we can absorb and embrace from it is at its max; this means that we can feel very emotional and volatile (this goes for our pets also!) It may also shine a harsh light on those darker parts of ourselves that we have been avoiding or repressing.
Each full moon of the year has its own unique name, for example, flower or wolf. It is easy to spot a full moon as you can see the entire surface illuminated by the sun. No part of the side that faces Earth is shrouded in darkness, and you can see details very clearly. The Full moon is halfway through the Luna cycle, following a Waxing and preceding a Waning Moon.
Most importantly, enjoyment and luna rituals!

Peppermint, Rose, Jasmine, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Vervain and Lemon.
White and Silver.
It is clear why this part of the Luna Cycle is my favourite and indeed, the high point of many spiritual practices. Enjoyment, healing, high energies and a bit of chaos thrown in are all typical vibes. No wonder there is so much folk and faerie law set around each moons!

I had a lovely reading with Karen this morning. She gave my poi’s name immediately which is very rare with any medium. She also gave me a couple of other names.
